DOG REGISTRATION

Dog registrations are done at the home office of Mary Jordan:

 

1525 Waltham Road

Waltham, Maine

 

Official office hours are Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5 pm to 8 pm
However, if an urgent need arises and you are unable to come on those days or hours, you can contact Mary at 584-3304 to make different arrangements. 

 

For all dog registrations, please bring a current rabies certificate for your pet.
